As of Friday, February 24th, Owen is already acing tests.  He got an 8 out of 8 on his biophysical profile ultrasound up at Aurora Baycare.  That means that all of his organs are getting adequate blood flow and enough oxygen.  And of course he is still growing although they didn't take all of the measurements this ultrasound.
