Soon 2:31am April 13th

Cassie just called Owen's nurse to get an update on how he is doing.  His nurse said that he has been doing really well tonight.  He has been calming himself down really well after they suction him.  They haven't been giving him any sedation or morphine tonight because they are planning on extubating him and they haven't had a need to sedate him at all tonight.  As for the extubation, they want to extubate Owen before rounds so that they can talk about it during rounds, so they plan on extubating him around 6am.  Cassie asked his nurse to call us once they are done with the extubation.
