Apparently they don't wait for the Dad to do important stuff.  I thought I would have time to get some food before they did anything more.  I was wrong.  I get back to the room and Cassie tells me that her contracitons are right on top of each other, they broke her bag and they placed a sensor in her uterus to better monitor her contractions and they put a catheter in so she doesn't have to go to the bathroom when she can't feel her legs.  She was dilated 3 centimeters when they went in to break the bag, so maybe things will start to go faster now.  It has been a long day.
