Visiting Owen

While Cassie was still in recovery, I went down to get something to eat and then I went to visit Owen in the NICU.  When I got there they were doing his echo cardiogram.  Damn is he cute with the tiny fingers and little toes.  So, while they were doing the echo, I just stood there letting Owen grasp my finger in his tiny little hand, he has a pretty good grip.  They said that his heart looks pretty much like Dr. Saudek said it did.  They were giving him some antibiotics intravenously just because the bag had been broken for so long.  After the antibiotics, there were going to start him on the prostaglandins.  Here are some more pictures that I took while they were doing the echo.

Now at nearly 4am, it is time for me to set up my bed in mommy's room and get some sleep.
